ABOUT DR. EVA FLYNN
Dr. Eva Flynn is an experienced General Practitioner with a special interest in women’s health and person-centred care. Having built years of experience in general practice, she has founded Galway Medical Care to create space where patients are given the time and attention for their health. Her approach focuses on understanding each individual’s unique health journey and providing personalised care that creates long-term wellness.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Eva is a valued educator at the Discipline of General Practice in the School of Medicine, University of Galway. She teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in areas of general practice, student well-being, mindfulness in medical education, and the Masters in Diabetes program.
Dr. Eva has built a loyal and trusted patient following over the years, known for her thoughtful approach and genuine interest in her patients’ well-being. While widely recognised for her expertise in women’s health, her care extends to men, women, adults, and children alike.
Her philosophy of care is rooted in helping patients take a broader view of their health by addressing the root causes of conditions and concerns. She believes that key to good health are the choices we make in lifestyle, diet, and managing stress.
